Do married couples need two Wills?

If you are married, both you and your partner will have to make a Will.

There are two options available to you:

1. If both you and your partner wish to make a Will with reciprocal provisions then you should make a Mirror Will. A Mirror Will is a pair of Wills whereby each and every provision is identical. You can write a Mirror Will for just £39.95. Once created you will be sent 2 Wills, one for yourself and one for your partner.

2. If you have differing wishes to that of your partner you can each write a Single Will.

Please note that getting married or remarried cancels a previous Will unless the Will expressly states otherwise.
